notomo supports audio files (MP3, WAV, M4A, and more), PDFs, and plain text. We also support 100+ languages for transcription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from the app settings. Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription. If you need assistance, contact us at [email protected].
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
